We have two 1,200 square feet units to rent. They are both decorated in a charming Spanish decor.

The main floor unit has two bedrooms and one bath. It sleeps five as we have a twin roll-a-way bed.

the second floor unit has one large bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, 2 balconies and a roof terrace-this unit also sleeps 5 as we have a twin & full roll-a-way bed added.

There is also an additional basement unit with a private bathroom and bed. This is available for rent for an additional $50.00 a day. It sleeps three with an additional twin bed.

Both main units have queen beds, a range, refrigerator, use of washer and dryer, digital cable TV, phone, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and air conditioning.

Electricity, cable and water are included in the fee.

The home is located on a 70 X 90 foot gated property right on the Ocean.

We only charge $100.00 a day per unit. There is a seven day minimum and a $500.00 security deposit.
There will not be a $100.00 cleaning charge if you leave the property as clean as you found it, Check out is at noon.
