$100.00 per night with a seven day minimum.
Plus a $500.00 security deposit (per unit) that is fully refundable if there is no damage, theft or if no cleaning is to be done by management. There wil be a $100.00 cleaning fee if you do not leave the unit as clean as you found it.
$15.00 fee for lost keys and $50.00
for a lost gate transmitter.
Your reservation is not confirmed until money is received.
Cancellation -advance deposit (less $50.00 service fee) will only be granted if cancellation notice is received 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
The telephone number at property is 787-278-2148 and is only available for incoming and local calls, please purchase a phone card to make long distance calls.
Check out is at noon.
Most of our guests arrive in the afternoon but some arrive late at night, this always causes A problem with our managers norma & Edgar's schedule as they Both have full time jobs. If any guest arrives in Dorado after 9pm we will Need to add $25 to be Given to our managers as a "thank you" for their extra effort. If it is after midnight the charge Will be $75 as Edgar will need to take off a nights work. Hope you understand, thanks.
There is no pets allowed and there is no smoking allowed inside either unit. You may smoke on the balcony, front porch, yard and the roof top terrace. If you smoke in the home or bring your pets in you will lose your entire security deposit.
It is expressly understood and agreed that the owner of said premises shall not be liable for any damages or any injury to tenant or his family or to his family's property from whatever cause arising from occupancy of said premises by tenant and his family. It is further understood and agreed that owner shall not be responsible for any personal property left by tenant in said premises. The tenant is aware that the ocean is dangerous and must use caution.
If you are having a problem keeping
your vacation reservation (such as a
medical problem) we will do all we can
to fill the time slot. During short notice
this would prove difficult, we suggest
you look into
Travelguard or
Insuremytrip.
Also, how we handle bad weather such
as a hurricane: We will not return your
money but will let you reschedule your
trip for a later date-we want to work with
you & have you as future happy guests.
Parties, functions, weddings, reunions and gatherings of any
kind are not allowed.
Guest will lose their entire security deposit
if one takes place. We are in a neighborhood that would not
be conducive to this PLUS parking would be a problem.
When tenant sends the complete rental money and the ADDITIONAL security deposit to the owner he/she is accepting the conditions of this agreement.
