$100.00 per night with a five night minimum. (Christmas $125)
Plus a $250 security deposit (per unit) that is fully refundable if there is no damage, theft, minus a minimum $50 cleaning charge..
 
There is a mandatory $50 cleaning fee and if there is excessive cleaning involved you will be charged $100.00.
 
 $15.00 fee for lost keys.
 
Your reservation is not confirmed until money is received.
 
Cancellation-Advance deposit (less $50.00 service fee) will only be granted if cancellation notice is received 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

We want our guests to be happy and comfortable in our home and have provided central air and fans in both units. Electricity is very expensive on the island and sometimes have received a bill of $800 a month! Our home has great cross ventilation because of being on the ocean and most of the time it is cool enough with just the windows open and the fans on. All we are asking is that you please turn off the air, fans, and lights etc. When you leave to help keep our rental units affordable. If you waste the electricity by leaving it on while you are gone, we will charge an energy surcharge of $25 a day for every day of your stay--

 
The telephone number to the property is 787-626-3512 and is only available for incoming and local calls; please purchase a phone card to make long distance calls.
 
Check out is at noon.
 
Most of our guests arrive in the afternoon but some arrive late at night, this always causes a problem with our manager. Any guest arrives in Dorado after 9pm we will need to add $25 to be given to our managers as a “thank you” for the extra effort. If it is after midnight the charge will be $75 as she will need to take off a night works. Hope you understand, thanks.
 
There are pets allowed and there is no smoking allowed inside either unit. You may smoke on the balcony, front porch, yard and the roof top terrace. If you smoke in the home, you will lose your security deposit.
 
 
It is expressly understood and agreed that the owner of said premises shall not be liable for any damages or any injury to tenant or his family or to his family’s property from whatever cause arising from occupancy of said premises by tenant and his family.  It is further understood and agreed that owner shall not be responsible for any personal property left by tenant on said premises. The tenant is aware that the ocean is dangerous and must use caution.
 
If you are having as problem keeping your vacation reservations (such as medical problem, we will do all we can do to fill the time slot. During short notice this would prove difficult, we suggest you look into TravelGuard.com   Insuremytrip.com
Also, how we handle bad weather such as a hurricane: We will not return your money but will let you reschedule your trip for a later date-we want to work with you and have you as future happy guests.
 
Parties, functions, weddings, reunions and gatherings of any kind are not allowed. Guests will lose their entire security deposit if one takes place. We are in a neighborhood that would not be conducive to this PLUS parking would be a problem.
 
When a tenant sends the complete rental money and the ADDITIONAL security deposit to the owner, he/she is accepting the conditions of this agreement.
 
After meeting for the keys, here is the way to our home. Go to #698 (Mameyal)- You will pass the Supermax Market, Post Office and The Blu Plant.

Stay on that road and go left on “Dr Pedro Albizu Campos” to the end. Go RIGHT at Kennedy. Church on corner is “Iglesia De Dios Pentecostal.” Follow ocean to the home.
